There are no expensive electric cords to tie you down. Just place your snugglie in your microwave for 30 seconds - 2 minutes depending on size of snugglie and microwave power. Do not over heat. Snugglies give off a moist heat that will mold around you and give evenly distributed heat to aching muscles and joints. If you need an ice pack, place or keep a snugglie in your freezer (must be placed in a Ziplock bag first) for 2 hours or more.
You will then have an ice pack that is so cute that your child will be anxious to use for all their boo boos.
